3: All character applications must be for normal, mortal, humans, with no powers, between the ages of 15 and 65. (Age range subject to change periodically)
Once an application is approved, the character’s origin story begins where the character’s background left off.
The leaders of X-Men: Factions will determine when, and what powers each character develops. Most mutants don’t simply spring forth from the head of Zeus, fully-formed, and capable of wielding god-like power. Far more often it’s a random, earth shattering event for them, one that’s completely out of their control.
The Faction Leaders will be active in the character’s story as they progress, so writers won’t always be left to their own devices.
Progress is largely determined by level of participation, storytelling, structure, and grammar. This means that more active writers, with well-written posts, will advance more quickly than those that are less active, or pay little attention to details.

Members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of both the sim and The Infinite Pantheon at all times, both in character and out of character. By continuing, you affirm that you will sim in a proper and adequate manner. Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently, or post posts with explicit content (above R) will be removed immediately, and by continuing, you agree to this. In addition, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not accept players under the age of 18. Any players found to be under the age of 18 will be immediately removed without question. By agreeing to these terms, you are also saying that you are above the age of 18.
