Location: Santa Barbara, Erickson Residence

Juliette entered the house to find Micheal Erickson waiting in front of the door. Almost immediately he slapped Juliette hard, and she hit into the wall. "Do you think I don't know what you're doing?"

"What am I doing? Father?" He backhanded Juliette again. "You should understand that by now. I will always get what I want. You fool. Thinking you can kill me? Thinking you can outwit me?" He punched Juliette in the head.

He then reached down and grabbed Juliette's hair and lead her with her hair into the living room, forcing her in front of the television. "This is what you've earned for yourself."

The news channel was playing a breaking story.

".... at 12:30 AM this morning, Sarah Erickson was found dead on I-10. Her convertable was run off the road where it crashed into a barracade...

He grabbed her by the neck. "You caused her death." He slapped her in the face. "Your actions have consequences." He slapped her again. "You will do as your told." Another slap came. "Or I will have no further use for you." He threw her to the floor.

"First thing you will do Sarah, is leave that Air Force ROTC. You will become a Legal Secretary just like your older sister and do as you are told. From this point on.. You will behave!!!" Juliette tried to sob. "You killed her!!! You killed her you bastard."

"There's no proof." He noted. "I can have anyone removed from the equation. And you are more valuable to me than Sarah was. Always remember. YOU SERVE A PURPOSE TO ME!!!! Do you understand."

"You are a murderer." Sarah noted. "A sociopathic lunatic!!!! I will never be your pawn!!!!"

"Oh I have a better idea for YOU." Micheal Erickson grabbed Juliette by the hair again and escorted her outside the estate and to the gates. "Children require discipline. Hard discipline." He opened the gates to the manor and throw her out on the road. "Come back when you come to your senses, Daughter. And when you're willing to make amends."

"I will never come back, do you hear me!!! Never." Juliette noted. "You murdered my sister." Micheal Erickson responded. "Allegedly, I'll have any and all evidence thrown out of court easily. Power is power, Juliette."

"Do you hear me father!!! I am going to kill you. Your porceline wife, and my lackey brothers and sisters!!! This isn't over, Father!!!" Juliette screamed. "You will pay!! Do you hear me!! You will pay!!!!!"

"I am going to be governor, Juliette, and you... you are going to be homeless. Better find a room for the night."

Juliette threw a rock at the gates and turned to leave, running, trying to get as far away from her family. Until she doubled over and cried. "Sarah!!! SARAH!!!!"
