Physical Description		Ophelia is very thin to the point she might appear anorexic. She has red and black rose and thorns tattoos along her arms, neck, lower back, and a rose around her navel. She has multiple piercings in her ears and wears a crucifix necklace. Her arms sport cuts and needle tracks. She is goth, and wears mostly black, usually wearing long sleeves, or long gloves, or something that covers the marks on her forearms.

Personal History

Birthday: June 23 Ophelia is from the cozy suburbs of Chicago, growing up in a comfortable middle class family. Her parents were English professors at a small suburban college and great fans of Shakespeare. In a fit of teen rebellion, Ophelia adhered to the goth subculture and fell in with a bad crowd. She became addicted to heroin. During an overdose, Ophelia’s healing powers kicked in, saving her life. That was when she decided to go straight. She went back to church and straightened out her life. Ophelia was rescued by the Mutant Underground shortly after her high school graduation when her status was exposed. She joined the Underground and serves as their healer while attending nursing school at a local community college.
